Control Our Quality Control checks are
performed throughout the production sequence. Our quality assurance program meets
standards for high precision manufactured valve projects.
CNC programming in matched to customer specifications and
the programs are saved for future reference after each production run.
Quality assurance is more than just checking dimensions at
Mark's Machine. Tests for metallurgical parameters such as grain structure,
hardness, ductility, and corrosion are conducted on a routine basis. Compressor
components are magnaflux tested to inspect for invisible cracks. Prior to shipment,
liquid and low-pressure air checks are conducted as needed to ensure optimum performance.
Our concern for quality even extends to packaging.
Finished parts are dipped in preservation oil and wrapped with heavy waxed paper,
boxed, and properly labeled before shipment. |
